ACNL themed Island updates

I was expecting the game to give me a message saying something like, "You can't place a cliff here, because it might interfere with people coming to your island..." Also I am getting really close to having my entire island as an entire second tier island. If you are wondering... I am making a ACNL themed island.​

I suppose blocking the entrance this way wouldn't be too different from putting items or fences there. Actually, this is probably not even as bad, because you can still ladder up or dive off the airport pier, haha splash

yeah. I am trying to make an island based off of the towns from New Leaf, so second tier island with inclines leading to the beaches, and resident services, and then a faux town tree, and a main street.

Someone should build their island like Aogashima and let visitors climb up into it.

I was actually going to do something sorta similar but that was before I realized how cliffs worked in the game, lol.

I know I brought my cliffs awful close to my entrance (I wanted a canyon entrance) but that would be an interesting idea if you want a walled city island!

I find it hilarious that fencing does a better job protecting your island more than a cliff.

Omg I was just thinking to myself how I'd love to see someone make a town in NH based off ones from the older games!!! I'd love to see your island progress ^-^ I hope building it goes well!

Covered as much of my island as I can right now. Just have to wait till both of my other player houses (Summer and Cafe) are moved, then I can do their spots... so I can just focus on the river right now, and connect both mouths to each other.​

It is the "Luna's bed" item you should get ONCE you unlock the ability to visit other islands via the dreams
