It means Post Flooding, basically, at NSider someone tries to post more than 60 times in 3,600 seconds (one hour). I've POFed a dozen or so times... I usually do it whenever I chat.

Well, it's kinda hard to explain, but it doesn't restart every hour, it restarts every time you post. Think about it before replying...
