Advice on my town !

Hi ! My town is really sloppy and un-organised and after visiting a BEAUTIFUL town to pick up Rosie not to long ago I can't help but wish that my town looked like that! Please could I have some advice on how to put down pathways, create hybrid flowers and create fruit and tree orchids. I tried to put a pathway down once but it didn't feel or look right! I would be extremely grateful for any advice !

For pathways: Start small by searching for one or two pattern pathways. I have a one tile pattern and an accent tile. I put them down over a few weeks. I started by doing my house to re tail, then re tail to the town hall, and so on until I had patterns to everywhere I normally go. Don't feel you have to do it all straight away, take your time.

Hybrid flowers: If you put your town ordinance as beautiful town it increases the chance of hybrids. The best way is to do the cross breeding method so for example if you wanted black roses which is redxred then you find a few red roses and put them down so that they make a cross shape on the ground like x x

Fruit and tree orchids: I cut down all of my non-fruit trees because I don't like them, but for fruit orchids it's extremely simple! Plant trees in an open space, making sure that they are all one space away from eachother. They won't grow if they are right next to a cliff, river, house/building or rock. Also there are a couple random spots in towns that are just 'dead spots' where no matter how hard you try trees won't grow. You may encounter one of these but they aren't the end of the world.
