The short answer is: No.

The long answer is: GameStop and other retailers put up false placeholder dates when there is no official release date. This is to encourage people to pre-order the game. A year ago you would have seen it say May 1st, 2012 or something similar. Basically, ignore it unless you see the same release date reported by other sites and it's not an obvious placeholder. (1st of the month or 31st of the month)

Believe me, I wish it was true but unfortunately it's very unlikely.
