Amiibo cards are re-stocked in North America!

Just FYI for those who are looking for the amiibo cards Series 1-4, they're available now to buy in person or online, depending on where you are. These however do not include the new villagers like Dom, Raymond, etc.

In US: They're sold at Target, better check in person. I don't think it's available for online order, but you can find which locations have them if you have their app or for pick up. From what I've read so far, it's better to go in person.

In Canada: It's online order at bestbuy.ca & thesource.ca
I had problems getting through bestbuy but was able to get them from thesource.ca

I hope this means Nintendo will release the cards for the new non-amiibo villagers soon, as well as bring back the RV cards, I miss those items!

Thanks for the heads up! I hope they are sufficiently well stocked this time around, would be great if I could complete the whole set. Or at least get all my favorite villagers haha.

I lowkey feel like if Nintendo re-launches the RV cards, that’ll mean they’ll allow for those items to be available from the cards (maybe with some additions/reductions). Here’s hoping for some of the best items from NL. ;-;

I would recommend getting them asap because at least you will be able to kick out villagers by picking them instead of the game randomly picking for you. It will be useful to get rid of that one villager who refuses to leave your island.

I wish we'd get them in person in Canada! I'm glad they're not just at Best Buy since I don't have one of those nearby but it would be really nice if they were actually in stores at The Source and even at EB Games. It's just easier for me to pick them up vs ordering because I don't need anything else from either of those two shops and don't really want to pay for shipping for a pack of amiibo cards.

Thought about buying a few packs, but sadly I can't seem to find any Best Buys in my area that have them in stock for online order so they get here within a reasonable amount of time.

I wish we'd get them in person in Canada! Pick up at store is free, I chose that option for the source since I have one near me, I don't think there's a minimum purchase for that!

I do this for some stores, though it may take longer to ship to the store like 7-10 days vs. 3 days for shipping to home.

I haven't seen report they're available in the bestbuy or the source physical stores but you can try call & ask, you never know!

We only have one about 30 minutes away. I checked because I was over there anyway. Thanks, I hope I have better luck another day. Next time I will probably call first.Or I might just keep checking the app maybe it will show up there if they get them in.

Can definitely confirm! Picked some up at Target today while running some errands! They also had the Sanrio ones back in stock so I picked those up too.

I wasn't interested in getting them back in NL but I think I'm now addicted since I bought the Sanrio one in the spring and some third party ones from Amazon and only planned to buy just one from each series and ended up buying 6. So yeah @xara it's a slippery slope lol.

As the case w/ the Sanrio cards, not all locations will carry them, but call around and if you're already at the store, even if you don't see them on the shelves, ask an employee anyway for more info or if they have them but just haven't put them out yet. The worst they can say is no

What the heck, why are they so expensive! One pack from bestbuy.ca or thesource.ca is $6.99 (Canadian dollars) but I saw similar crazy prices on amazon.ca. I'd call or if you have twitter you can go to @AskTarget to find out if they're multiple pack or something cuz that's just nuts!
