It's hard to explain when I'm on the receiving end, isn't it?

Anyway, as far as I'm aware, you send it off using International stamps and a customs form. Over here, we find it easier to take international mail to the Post Office for preparation and payment as they often ask you for details for the customs form and allow you to track it. I'm sure the USPS has an equivalent for this sort of process.
