The games only been out a little over 2 weeks and already almost 500,000 sold (Worldwide)
Closer to Christmas it will boost.

The PS3 is not doing to good. One of the PS3's most talked about games this holiday season is Little Big Planet and it hasn't even sold 1mill yet and its already been out for over a month.

Microsofts Gears of War 2 has only been out for 3 weeks and already almost 3mill sold.....

when i went to wal-mart they had city folk and in the glass case theyre were 7 copies of the game in there, i thought it would be sold out :'(

Yes but still, for animal crossing these sales are big. Obviously more popular titles like pokemon and mario are going to sell more than a much less known title like animal crossing.
