Which Animal Crossing game would you like to see be remade?

I'd go with the first, while the others do deserve maybe a remaster I think because of how unique the original is compared to later entries I feel like it deserves the remake treatment the most, I'm unsure if the NES games would be ported back though, probably not.

As much fun a remake of an older animal crossing would be, I am kinda glad we haven't had any remakes when it comes to animal crossing games.
We do get a few Nintendo remakes which can be fun, but there's always a slim tale that the new game doesn't give the older games. It's quite admirable that each game has had some difference to the franchise. So refreshing.

That said, the gamecube would be interesting due to the fact that it has slopes, hills cliffs. Which would give such an interest add on if there was terraforming.

I think wild world, although a small game, had enough content that it warrants a remake.

Small events every so often like the flower festival, la di day (or whatever the tune event was called), flea markets, etc. Really made this game feel alive.

A remake with the modern furniture and QOL alongside an expanded town would be fire. This game really caught the essence of a small town you visited to relax. There was no stress of making some insane town to show off, no goals to work towards, and a killer ost.

The NL fruits and shops would be enough, but outside furniture and such would fit. Just not the terraforming. It makes the game insane, but I'd rather have a town that can handle a flower field than a three layer perfect waterfall.

If any should be remade, it's the Gamecube game. It would already make a huge difference just being able to see the sky in that game. Remake it with some buildings from the other games (Observatory, Roost, etc.). and QoL improvements (item stacking, tool menu, etc.) and it'd be perfect.

I prefer a new game that out does all of them combined or at the very least be what New Horizons should have been. I honestly wouldn’t mind a New Leaf “remake” — or rather a straight up port since I can’t find my cartridge.

The GameCube game for sure! It was the first Animal Crossing game I played, and I haven't played it in forever, so having a full remake of it would be amazing! It would be nice to have an opportunity to revisit the game

I have only played New Leaf and New Horizons so I picked New Leaf..

..although I would be tempted to try one of the earlier ones because of the villagers being mean, but then again, if the game was to get remade I would be worried about the mean dialogue getting cut out of the remake

Gamecube. They could add in all the new characters since then and expand on the game a little. I also haven't really played the gamecube one. I watched someone play through a couple of days though. It seems very dated and could use a remake.
