Animal Crossing Manga/4koma Translations!

As the title says, a thread for the official Animal Crossing/どうぶつの森 manga and 4koma!

All in English, with occasional ramblings from me to explain certain things that if needed since not everything translates from Japanese to English perfectly (there will be no "jelly filled donuts" here!).

I really enjoy translating in my spare time and I love to share it with fellow fans. I hope that y'all can enjoy it as much as I do, any feedback is appreciated! I may have made my profile almost three years ago, but I am still totally new to this type of setting. There's nothing quite like wingin' it!

As of yet, I do not have most of the material, though thankfully a gracious soul is able to scan and send it to me until I am able to purchase copies myself. Any help with gathering content would be more than appreciated; please consider donating so that I can purchase the books from JP Amazon or if you have any of the manga or 4koma books you are more than welcome to send it my way as well~

Here are the first four from the magazine, Picopuri!

The original introduction joke was lost in translation, "もりもり" (morimori) means to enthusiastically do something so in Japanese it would translate to the same effect: "Shizue is Feeling Fired Up Today!" and since Isabelle is the spotlight character it combines Shizue with もり (mori) so that it can be read as "Shizu-forest" based off of the series' Japanese title.

"Isabelle-Crossing" was the safest bet since it is better to tweak it a lil' bit than for the translation to not make sense at all.

Didn't think at all that someone would take their time to translate the animal crossing manga and put it here on this forum! I appreciate that you uploaded this and can we just say that the style in the manga is so cute?

If you want feedback, I think you should increase the size of the images more (though I'm not sure if it's possible on this forum). I have a little bit of a hard time reading the text and maybe put arrows between panels to indicate the order? I read a good number of manga books and I still tend to get lost where to read next.

I honestly quite surprised that nobody has not done it already, from what I seen the 4koma and manga are simple enough to where even beginner Japanese learners can understand it if they have references handy, it makes great practice even! I know a couple translations with the most bizarre out-of-context scene that have been floating around tumblr for a couple years, but it is an untapped goldmine out there.

I really appreciate your feedback! I was concerned about a possible size issue, I was hoping that the forum would have a way to put the image in a different tab so that it can be magnified since it can be done elsewhere. I will avoid posting anything too small to see so not to strain the optical orbs. I will try to find a way to enlarge any future posts; these scans are not high-quality so I did not want to reduce it further by doing it improperly.
