Animal Crossing: New Horizons 1.1.3 Patch Notes!

I happened to stumble upon the Japanese patch notes, and used some of my knowledge to roughly translate it (not accurate word for word):

- Fixed an issue with Balloons no longer spawning upon completing It's Raining Treasure

Fully agreed. I was being lenient with the balloons I shot down as to not lock myself out of content until it was fixed and I'm already close to 200 so quickly.

yay glad it was patched quickly!! honestly it was constantly in the back of my head all day today when i was shooting down balloons and inching closer to that 300 number lol

To add to this, it appears due to this bug being fixed that the golden slingshot is finally obtainable now!

updated the game and I've been playing for about 5 to 10 minutes

i'm still not seeing any balloons :/
maybe I'm just unlucky?

Definitely. With the 1.1.2 patch having been just released like a day ago, I did not expect 1.1.3 to come so quickly.

now I don't have to worry about balloons anymore; it was getting kinda stressful seeing my number get closer to 300

Well, unfortunately... in Japan, while they are being wary of COVID-19 things there, for the most part, are functioning as slightly normal. So they are likely at work still.

Oh nice! After popping 100 balloons in the first two weeks, I've popped 55 in the past two days .... I'll be hitting 300 soon so I'm glad this was fixed quickly.

I'm so happy to see that the game is getting so much support from the developers. I just reached 300 a few hours ago and was super disappointed since the Sakura event ends on the 10th.
