i am having issues with getting my town to the perfect status,
i'm stuck at "it needs more green"
i've planted tons of trees and flowers though. iv'e never had this problem with any of my towns.
help?

Well, you can just save the game, time travel (adjust the clock) to when it is at 10:00 p.m. or, you could simply wait until then. Either way, go to town hall where Phyllis will be, and she will tell you what you specifically need to plant more of.

WARNING: PHYLLIS IS RUDE! BUT....she will be more specific as to what you need to plant...

You need to have 12 to 15 trees per acre to have a perfect town. I don't remember about the flowers tho...

Search on Google for a guide.

You need the tree+flowers in Each acre.
And make sure there are no weeds.

They can't grow next to cliffs, ponds, houses, rocks, rock-ish ground, ocean and river.

And if they won't grow anyways, just try it again.
