Ankha is moving out Oct 2nd, offering for IGB or another villager (leave your best offers) though I'm looking like Julian, Beau, Marina, Meringue

This is my first post so let me know if there's anything I'm missing, also can someone clarify for me that I can safely TT to Oct 1st and Ankha will be in boxes? I'm not too sure how this process works.

How much IGB were you looking to get for her? And yes, I believe if you TT to october 1rst she should be in boxes!
