So annoyed right now. Im a member of Animal Crossing Community forums. And there's a group that gives you a free pack of stuff for your birthday or whatever you order. Im a long time customer of theirs, they always helped me out when no one else would even respond to my posts. Even for simple common things. Recently I was offered a birthday pack, and I said sure, why not? I take my offer and cash it in. Had the delivery set for yesterday. Ive always been on time with pickups. But yesterday I had a small emergency and was late by -SIX- minutes. Six minutes was all it took for her to mark me as a no show. I waited for a whole hour, kicking random people who showed up into my town out. And im the no show, and i get penalized. WTF. I think im done with these people. I didnt want most of the stuff anyways, just one item that I'll sure i'll get on my own eventually..

I'm not denying you had an emergency, I'm fully aware that real life comes before any sort of video game. However, it is Hybrid Heaven's procedure when a customer fails to show up for a delivery.

Your scheduled time for yesterday was 5PM ACC time. You came online and posted at 8.04PM ACC time which is 3 hours late, not six minutes.

Anyway, would you like to re-schedule?

I set my phone to go off at 5pm ACC time which was EST time. So i'm not sure how it was wrong. anyways I cancelled.

Its okay! I have those things, I just wanted to take the opportunity and get some money off the crowns they offered.
