another hhp question

when youre trying to build a home on the hhp islands and the client asks you for a specific theme *in this case its a pirate theme, and since im a pirate in game all the time i figured ohhhh yeah this is right up my alley* but when you get to the designated area and check the items that youre allowed to use to build but those items are Seriously Limited...what do you do?
for instance, in this case its a pirate island so i figured the game would give you both pirate barrels, a cannon, the ships steering wheel etc etc...but the game is only giving me a map, one barrel and a sword.
that being said...can i bring my items from my town *such as the cannon* to use on the island? in this case i cannot order said items because all of them are given by gullivarr...so what do you all do when this happens?

I would try to build a different part of the ship like the Captain's quarters or if you're not against it, design an exterior where the pirate client landed on a treasure island. (seen people not enjoy exteriors as interiors )

You could even do a tavern/rest stop for this villager. Barrels = booze = bottles galore
Something like that.

i had put a skeleton down, and a barrel and a gold mine cart but it just wasnt working. your idea sounds wayyyy better lol! its still crap that they dont actually give you the items that you need though. bummer deal on that one. im wondering if i can just put the items into my homes inventory storage and it might possibly show up on the hhp storage to use?
