Another VC game has been altered again

We've had a few games that have been altered for the VC release. This might be the case if a license expired or what ever the case is there's a few. StarTropics's signature yo-yo has been renamed the "Island Star", it's still the yo-yo, but the sprite has been changed in the op manual and when the Island chief gives it to you, it's a "Star"
