Any ideas for candy town?

Hey!
For my second town I have decided to do a candy theme. I'm making my own patterns and so far I have made a chocolate path bordered by candy canes But now I'm a bit stumped for ideas for patterns. What other candy-related stuff could I make patterns of?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ^.^ And any ideas for the town in general

You can make cookies! Like the checkerboard kind or just the round ones. OHH doughnuts are good too.

I would use all the "fairy" public work projects as well to build the character of your candy town. The bright colors of blue and pink will blend in well with what other members have mentioned above.

You may want to recruit villagers such as stitches and I am sure they're many other which strike the thought of 'candy' when you see them.
