Any interest in an island treasure hunt?

So I have a ton of stuff I need to unload, and just selling it back to nooks feels like a waste so I was wondering how many people on here would be interested in a treasure hunt if I set my island up as one. I think it would be fun, but I’m also not going to be participating

for me, i think it mainly depends on the items - my catalog is pretty full so there’s not much i need and so i wouldn’t want to participate if it was mainly items that i already have or have access to, since i wouldn’t want to take them away from people who might actually need them ;u;

yes! I feel like i'm kind of stuck using the same furniture pieces so introducing anything new could be a game changer. plus, even if I don't find anything, it's a fun activity!

Thanks so much for taking the time to say so! Yeah, I was just trying to be honest (sometimes I don't always come across right or word things well). Sometimes I'm too honest xD That, and as far as the maze thing, I'm SO very directionally-challenged I always get so lost! ppppfffttt!!!

treasure hunts are super fun ive done one before! something i recommend is instead of burying items put them in baggies and scatter them around your island. also maybe get a timer from nooks cranny so that you can set a time limit for each round

I've never done a treasure hunt before but it sounds so fun! I said it depends on the item because my island is themed and I wouldn't know whether something would fit! But I'm sure most people wouldn't care!

At first, I thought you meant the treasure hunts that the villagers rarely ask us to take part in. I remember doing some treasure hunts like you mentioned when I would go to Club Tortimer online. They were really fun. We would terraform the entire inner island to remove all trees and stuff, dig some holes to make a maze, and have some buried treasure of different value in different corners of the maze. Sure you could cheat and bury the holes (or hop in NH case) but it was just fun to play the rules/the restrictions of the game and have some fun. Sometimes the buried treasure was a nice sum of bells, really low, or some cool furniture someone had bought from the Kappa family.
