Any non-mayor players here?

Count me as part of that 1%.

My concern is that if your mayor becomes inactive, you can't develop any more public works projects, unless you sneak in a play on their file. Fortunately, I can do that, but it's really more troublesome than it should be.

For those non-mayors, how are you coping?

Who's the mayor of your town? (Friend, brother, sister, etc.?) If you're not mayor I don't think you can start Public Works Projects, unfortunately. If you want to to that, though, I would ask the mayor first.
I'm a mayor, but I'm just answering...I'm not sure who isn't one, but I'm sure they'll come to this thread if they aren't. I would think there's at least one other person on the forums who isn't a mayor!

My sister is the mayor. She does regularly play and she is approachable in discussing Public Work Projects.
