Any one else confused about this months DLC?

As the title says, I'm confused...

I'm from the UK and went to phelly before changing the SSID and she gave me the palm tree lamp. I then changed the SSID to "_The Cloud" and received a shaved ice lamp. My question to you is... How do i get USA DLC such as the cat tower and any possible Japan DLC?

You need to trade for the DLC from NA and Japan. The palm tree lamp is the usual monthly DLC that pops up every month and the other DLC you received is part of a special promotion.

Just to add a bit of detail- the Rainbow Screen & the Palm Tree are monthly DLC from Nintendo, available to most regions.

Correct, you have to trade. I had a spare cat tower until yesterday that you could have had as well . But it is reorderable so you can get it no problem. (Wish they all were *grumble*)
