anyone can help with this drawing?

Hey guys, I'm no where near experienced, I've just started drawing the past few days now.
I'm trying to get proportions right, I've watched some videos and images but I'm not 100% sure

Spoiler: please ignore how horrendous it is

Now looking at it I'm wondering are the shoulders too wide? I can never tell?
Another thing is I'm trying to draw the hand holding the other arm like a closed off/shy pose. Like she's crossing her hands but one of them is to the side of her?

I cant find any pictures for that pose, if anyone knows how to draw that pose or has seen any online, I would really appreciate it

Hello! I don't think the shoulders are too wide, and I think you're doing pretty well for just learning c:
I think her torso might need to be a tad longer, though, depending on what sorta style you're going for!
References are a huge help for figuring things out!
Kibbitzer on dA has a lot of helpful ones!

a friend of mine likes using this for poses, you can pose a mannequin there
