I'm pretty desperate to get my permit by tomorrow, so I need a watering can to water my plants. Anyone have a s[are I can have?

You can get one for free in your town! Ask for advice from Issabelle and she'll ask you do certain things. Do those things, talk to her and once you've done them all, she'll give you a watering can.
