Pokémon Anyone still play Pokémon GO?

So back in 2016 when this game came out, I didnt get it because it only had Gen 1 pokes and I thought it wasn't really worth it. But when Gen 3 was released for it, I considered it. Now, I just downloaded the game a few days ago and I've been having a lot of fun with it!
I've already traveled about 7 kilometers (4.35 mi) just in a combined 3 hours going around my neighborhood, and I've been catching alotta cool pokes ^o^

I didn't think I would like the gameplay mechanic much, but I actually like the concept since you can pick the pokes you encounter and the way that pokeballs are thrown. If the new games function like this I'll definitely get it!


So does anyone here still play Pokemon GO?

I don't, in fact I never really did in the first place. I just didn't find it that enjoyable to be walking around looking for some Pokemon I'll never use when I could be playing an actual Pokemon game on my DS

I was actually obsessed with it when it came out because I love Gen 1. After that my friends who I had been playing with all stopped playing and the crowds of people running to catch a snorlax slowed down. With all the new pokemon releases I haven't really been playing as much. Who knows maybe this will make me start playing again (once I can get a new phone that doesn't die in 30 min). Nice - I'm actually on Team Valor. I picked them because they are red. Funny enough my name is based on my favourite soccer player and the jersey is red. It was so much fun wearing that jersey while taking over gyms - people knew it was me *evil laugh*

I used to be really into it when it first came out, but haven?t really played it in a long time since then. I ended up on the mighty Team Mystic when I played it, and wherever I went we usually had control of most of the gyms available.

I?m probably going to end up replacing it with AC: Pocket Camp though, since I haven?t played that at all.

I still play! Not often since I dont get out much, but when I'm in the city there's raids and pokestops everywhere you go!
