well you can rebuy the silver axe from the island shop, same with the rod/net/shovel from the museum shop. and you can wait for the silver slingshot to fly by again and shoot it down (I assume there isn't a limit as i've gotten it like 10 times, and they still appear even though I have the golden one)
the only ones you can't get again is the silver watering can, and all golden tools (unless you create another character)
