Sometimes characters just feel right together to me (regardless of canon or not). I don’t purposely go out and try to ship characters together it just kind of happens from time to time.

I usually stick to canon but there are definitely times where I had a different opinion from canon. For example: Chrom x (female) Robin in Fire Emblem awakening and Tohru x Yuki in Fruits Basket.

My main fandom is PJO and I have a LOT of ships for that, my favs being:

- Percy x Apollo
- Percy x Hermes
- Percy x Grover
- Nico x Will
- Nico x Leo
- Piper x Annabeth
- Connor x Annabeth
- Percy x Leo
- Luke x Percy

I would just like to state that I only ship Apollo, Hermes, and Luke with Percy when Percy is aged up/immortal or the other is aged down/mortal, I'm not that weird.

EPIC is another one of my favourite fandoms, and I'll ship anyone with anyone except Calypso and Antinous because they are horrible people (I have made exceptions for Antinous but very rarely and only in AUs), and not with any of their close family.

Harry x Cedric, Harry x Ron, and Sirius x Remus are some of my favourites as well (because of my username I am legally obligated to mention my HP ships).

I don’t ship many characters seriously but I love seeing all kinds of ships. When I do ship seriously then it becomes obsessive.

Enemies to lovers is peak. Hannigram forever, fixated on Wintersberg right now, if you know you know with those.

Not necessarily E2L but I have a few others I bring up between me and my boyfriend. Rika x Larry from Pokémon is a really good one that this forum would probably understand more widely. Lady and Dante from DMC is so fine (affectionate) too.

Forbidden/missed love that can get explored in AUs is also pretty good. With Chainsaw Man I’m kind of conflicted I would rather see Himeno/Aki but I also ship Aki/Angel. It’s not like I want to see them in a polycule but I love multiple different ships with the same characters sometimes.

Usually, I only ship characters that end up becoming canon couples, with one exception. I ship LuigixBowser. I started posting art of that ship as a joke, and over time, it's grown on me. Now, while it's an absurd ship that will never see the light of day, there is some excellent art portraying them together and I love seeing the creativity from people that can put two characters that are polar opposites of each other and make them look happy together.

i do have some ships but they aren't like part of my personality and i'm not a fandom or fanfic person. i also don't think shipping is disrespectful to the original works in any sense, especially when it comes to a lack of representation for marginalized groups (lgbtq, people of colour, disabled people, etc.). having unconfirmed theories and ideas is a fun part about fiction, and most fiction writers agree!

I have some canon X canon pairs but usually the ships I care about most are my OCS lol. I have a Canon x OC pairing that I used to be embarrassed by and now I'm the emperor of IDGAF island because I am so proud of it now LMAOOO my secret Santa drew my canon X OC ship for Christmas so like!!! Okay you got me sometimes I also do the ironic / crack ships and it becomes real. Me and my boyfriend jokes that Anya from Spy x Family is Jolyne Kujo and Yuuji Itadori’s daughter and like. I don’t know that ship kind of works so I kind of ship it fr fr… my Wintersberg obsession started as a joke. “LET’S SEE WHAT YOU’RE REALLY MADE OF, ETHAN WINTERS” don’t do this to me neil. Anyway Bowigi is actually pretty good it has that e2l flair
