Are You a Really Elaborate Artist?

Do you tend to put a lot of detail into the presentation and aesthetic of your work?

For me, not so much. I just do a lot of line drawings with flat coloring and shading. Once in a while I'll do something elaborate, but I tend to work very slowly so I usually don't have the patience for it. But then again I'm not necessarily an artist

most of my regular drawings are just flat colors, but I usually do nice detailing on the clothes or whatevs

as for sprites, though, I usually go all out on them even if they're tiny and you can't see the details unless you zoom in by, like, 800% lmao

I hate doing lineart with a fiery passion so I tend to do a lot of painty stuff - it just feels a lot more natural for me aha. sometimes i wish i had a cleaner (and less time consuming) way of colouring though :^))

yeah, i love the add lots of little details and different lighting
i find it fun to experiment with colours.
