I've shopped once on a Black Friday and I've worked Retail on Black Friday. Never. Ever. Ever. Ever. EVER. Again. Working retail on that day, showed me how far down humanity has sunken just to save a few bucks.
No, I don't really want to participate in Black Friday, it's become such a big thing over here recently and it's just crazy. Plus there isn't anything I really want at the moment anyway.
Black Friday has changed, because of the earlier times and the extra stock, it isn't crazy at all. It's packed, sure, but it's no different than a store visit near the holidays. People just associate it with the terrible stories (which are just bad) but overall its getting better and better.
Definitely missed it out! There's never really anything I feel worthwhile buying, or feel I need. I mean, yes cheap toasters and whisks are cool!! But y'know, I don't really NEED them, and any thing I buy will just be for the sake of it.
No way. I heard last year 2 young children got trampled to death because their mothers left them in the stampede of people. I hate Black Friday because people start acting like a pack of horses/wolves/buffalo/etc...
