let me know if you want any changes. I tried to keep it as simple as possible but I still added some effects because I thought it looked a bit plain without them (the borders especially) but if you don't like it I can remove them

would you happen to have a clearer picture, one taken directly from the 3DS? I can do it with this one but the result would be prettier/clearer from the 3DS system
I can also give you different versions with and without an outline;
and for transparent mayors I usually charge less than signatures so half what you offered would be enough

okay, then I think the easiest way to save a picture to your computer without removing the 3DS SD card (which, to do that, you need to remove the plate) is using the function to take pictures with your villagers (the new thingy they added in the update, I'm not sure what it's called in english). Then there's the share images button on the bottom right (the orange thingy) and you can upload your picture to social media and save it from there!
I think this button also works in game.
Another way is using miiverse, if you have an account there. here's a tutorial because I really suck at explaining things lol

lol no worries! Nintendo made it very confusing (it was much easier with the older DS)
