hahaa yes that happens that happens!! xD I'm just super glad that our uni records the lectures and put it up for us to download so if we miss out on anything it's still alright qvq!!
I'm... actually not that confident Q7Q;; it took me a loongg while to decide to go overseas instead of staying home (I was admitted to my first choice uni too but uuuuu course contentssssss) and it was kind of scary to adapt to everything in the UK!! For one, the prices of everything here is a lot more pricier and I didn't dare to buy too many things 8")
Buuutt I guess it wasn't that hard -- I have relatively fluent english compared to my other friends and a lot of UK peeps were willing to talk to me so I'm good I'm good \ ^ o ^ /​

yeah I think it's v expensive too; places like Starbucks and Apple usually just take their prices from USD and put a pound sign in front without exchanging its so annoying, works out so much more expensive for us ;o;

got a macbook pro w/ retina for uni with my student discount and the first one i got was defective ;o;
but they changed it straight away for a brand new one and transferred all my stuff over for me
fingers crossed i've had no problems with the replacement!! yet
