Everyone is opinionated and 'bad' is subjective. All drugs do something (whether beneficial or harmful to the body), and all drugs have side effects. You should consider the effects that a drug will have on your body before you take it, for whatever purpose the drug serves. If you do not know whether or not you should take that drug, you should contact your physician about it, if you have one.
I do not take ibuprofen for pain, I tend to take acetaminophen or aspirin.

Once upon a time there was a kingdom where everyone was happy. It was a golden age. However, the princess realized that all of this happiness could be lost because everyone dies. She encountered a fairy that would grant her a wish, and she wished that nobody aged and that every day would be like this day. The fairy did not want to grant this wish, but she was obligated to since this was royalty. When her wish was granted, the people relived the same day over and over again. At first they were happy but eventually they became miserable. The kids wanted to grow up, the couples wanted to have children, the pregnant women wanted to give birth to that baby already! However, when the king took notice of this he demanded that the fairy grant him his one wish. However, the fairy was nowhere to be found because the princess, in her fear of death, caught and caged the fairy, and went to the mountains to hide her. Soon, a large manhunt began, but there was no finding the fairy. The princess wouldn't tell where she hid the fairy. Because of this, the king imprisoned his daughter and told her that she would never be released until the fairy was found and released. How should I end this story? Which do you think should be released from their prison: the fairy or the princess? The ending is your choice. Sleep on it.

Yes. I shall do so by directing you to a means of protecting yourself against kidnappers: be able to identify a sketchy situation, take self defense classes, and become a legal weapon user if it's legal where you are when you're at a legal age to do so.

Check for a pulse and breathing. Perform doggy cpr. If that fails, the puppy is dead. You should find a means of disposing it. May that be burial, or taking it to get cremated.
