I LOVE the cold air, but not overbearing to where you can barely stand outside xD

Here are some 'heavy' questions. I suppose my first question would be if you do not mind answering hypotheticals. If you do, then here is a substitute question: Have you ever been in situations in school or in the neighborhood where conscience pressed you to take action, though the 'right' course of action was not necessarily clear?

Somebody implies you have mental issues for not picking up on the 'point' of their poem. How might you respond to such a situation in a classroom setting?

An instructor in a class unrelated to your major or requirements has accused you of plagiarism, but the charge is false. Rather than go through the work with you, ask for certain terms to be defined, show where certain passages were lifted, or otherwise make an effort to determine whether the work is yours, he cites many years of experience, and insists the paper be rewritten to avoid keeping a 'no grade' for the assignment. It is late in the semester, and you completed the paper early in order to focus on finals for other classes. The worst consequence you can face is a high B rather than the expected A for two reasons: (1) the paper is only worth 10%, while you have earned 100% plus extra credit for every other assignment; and (2) the instructor has no intention to make a formal complaint about your paper. What is your next course of action?

There is a fight on the street in front of your house. A child is being beaten by several other children, and all of them are not from your neighborhood; the attackers are dragging their victim, kicking him, screaming obscenities. You see several adults silently observing but making no effort to intervene. What is your response?

Whoa... This really caught me off guard xD
Yes, absolutely. (I really hope I'm answering these right. My meds are kicking in LOL)
Actually, if my conscience is pressing me to do something, I'd hate to fight it too much and overthink it.
If I did, I might regret the end result of the situation. For example, a fight broke out at school because of me one day. I was out with my then boyfriend in the court yard, and this guy who keeps asking me out (and refuses to take "no" for an answer) charged at him. He smelled like liquor, so I assumed he was drunk. After the dust settled (he easily lost), and everyone laughed as my boyfriend walked away angry. I helped the guy up. Now, I'd usually flee the scene. But if I left him beaten and drunk out of his mind, I wouldn't be any better than he is.
Again, if I'm not answering this right, I apologize!

I don't know.
Isn't this your ask thread? >.>

Okay, Mr. Disband you don't have to tell me.

It would be tempting to speak up for myself, however since the class means little to nothing to my major, and if it's still at least a high B, I'd let it go.

Thank you for calling me that. xD
Why did you call me that?

LOL because it felt... it felt right o.o

Hmm, it's easier said than done, but I'd at least try to stop them, especially depending on the age group. If these were small children in elementary school (I used to work at a daycare... I've seen it all LOL), then I'd run up immediately. If they were older kids in middle/high school, I'd use a bit more caution. 1) They're aggressive. 2) It's not impossible for them to have weapons. If they're older, I'd yell at them while calling the police.
