I'm not saying I am, but the bigger a reaction, the more she will do it.
People harass and provoke for reactions. Don't give them one and the problem is solved.
Also, the fact that he's easily provoked makes it easier.
 
Even if he's provoked, who likes being harassed? Nobody. That shouldn't be a reason to continue to mess with people everyday.

I tried to make her go away.

But she pushed me. She always pushes me. I can't stand it. I'll yell at her until she leaves me alone forever and keeps her word for it, too.
