You most certainly can reserve Tammy. Also feel free to lurk away. My reserves are free but only held for 24 hours. I am going to be adding in the reservation rules that if you want a 100% guarantee on your reserved villager (to be held until you can pick up rather than only 24 hours) There will be a small tbt fee. I will mark you down for Tammy and if you'd like the guaranteed reservation after I've added it in you can just let me know ^.^
