Avatar and Signature not working, please help

So for a while now I've been trying to get a signature I made one a week back and put it up but ever since then, it's never appeared I've been fiddling around and don't know what to do the image size is L: 642 H: 242

Also my Avatar doesn't move ;~; but it is a gif I'm so confused I thought I was good with this sorta stuff apparently not

Okay the signature is showing up now after it realized I was upset with it, but is it meant to be that small it looked bigger as a normal image

Are you uploading the signature directly from your computer?

I've tried multiple methods, uploading it to an image site and then by the computer now, it's the only times I've seen it

try uploading the sig to imgur and use the [img]image.url[/img] tags and same for the avatar! (but no tags)


(also the avatar has to be 100x100 unless you have the extension )

I use photobucket, literally same with avatar, and what lynn105 said, the size has to be 100x100 unless you have the extension, then it's 150x100.
