6pm to 1am or 2am EST Friday
Throughout the day but mostly between 6pm and 1am or 2am EST Saturday
7pm to 12am or 1am EST Sunday

Step by step guide to use it:
1) Select "Use The Following Date/Time:" Enter the date and time, example: Agugust; 31; 2013 7pm, remember to select am or pm if you do not use 24 hour mode
2) In the "From Time Zone:" pull down menu, scroll down and select America/New_York
3) In the "To Time Zone:" pull down menu, scroll down and select where you live or the closest city if your city is not listed
4) Press Convert Time Now at the bottom of page that is in bright red
5) After you have pressed the bright red button, the page should reload automatically and at the top of the page it should give the time that I will be online and the time converted to your time that you would need to be online
Based off the example if you live in Europe/Rome ~ 07:00:00 p.m. Saturday August 31, 2013 in America/New_York converts to 01:00:00 a.m. Sunday September 1, 2013 in Europe/Rome, so that would mean that you would need to be online tomorrow at 1am Europe/Rome time to reach me at the listed time of 7pm today, my time.

2) Wait your turn to enter town
3) No running
4) No stealing items/furniture
5) You may take home 1 of each type of clothing, pants/tops/hats/shoes/etc., for free, including accessories
6) Have fun
EDIT: 1 free piece of cloths of each type for anyone who comes over, including accessories
EDIT2: Tips are welcomed & don't forget to give me a POSITIVE Wi-Fi Rating. Leaving a nice note on my towns messaging board is good as well! Also if you happen to have any stuff you don't want or need anymore you can bring them over and add them to the collection
EDIT3: If title says full I will always close gate once everyone leaves and add you to my friends list and re open gates, so you do not need to worry about it not being available
EDIT4: Just got over 100 new items to make it over 300 items now, so if you been here before then you may want to come back to see what else i have
EDIT5: From the time I closed up until now, I have acquired 150 new items to catalog. So you may want to come back again to re catalog all the new stuff
EDIT6: Added about 50 more items/furniture so the new total is over 500 items.
EDIT7: Just TT'ed a bunch, just from one day to the next and back, because I was buying items from catalog for my house and i bought about 100 new items while I tt'ed to each new day at T.I.Y. New total is over 600 items/furniture and clothing.
