ballons and shooting stars

is there any kind of pattern when balloons come into town or is it random? in wild world there was somewhat of a pattern but i haven't seen enough balloons in accf to figure out yet.

also, are there any shooting stars in the one like there were in ww?

I believ in WW it was every four, like 14, 24, 34 min. after. I could be wrong though.

Yes, that's right. I haven't checked to see if the balloons follow a pattern in City Folk yet... I wonder if they still do. And yes, there are shooting stars. Unfortunately, you can't make wishes on them. =(

I've noticed balloons in my town dozens of times at times ending in '6' or '7'
