Balloons!!!

Ok, is there a trick for finding these? Now that I’m looking for them, it seems I can’t spot them anywhere.
I know they span every 5 min but do they blow in from the same direction every time? Other than running up and down the beaches is there any other way to make sure I don’t miss them?

From what I know, during day time they will appear from the left side of the island, and at night (from 7PM I would say not sure) they will appear from the right side of your island

Just pay attention to the audio cues, it's easy to not see them if you're not on the same level as them.
