Bar thingy at the top missing??

My whole top bar is missing
(The one where you receive notifications and can log out)

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Scroll up, you'll see it. Hahaha, kidding! That's weird, I've never had that happen before :/ Maybe just trying closing the tab/browser and restart it?
