I'll take the antique furniture for one villager and the 2 wood stacks or the other? If that works for you!

So actually you talk to them when they are moving out of my island. And they are in boxes, if you have an open plot they'll move in! Aside from that nothing that I can think of. And for the furniture nope not really, anything is fine.
