BBCode Question

So depending on the answer to this question it could be leading to a possible suggestion.
Can you use the bbcode that allows you to have a little box with words in it pop up when your mouse goes on whatever you did the bbcode on. I don't remember what it was called... xD And If we don't have it any possible way of suggesting it?

I think this forum doesn't have it... they'd need to put it in, but I know what you mean. Its a good idea to add extra details. ^ ^

Acronym is what I was talking about. So beings where we don't have it. I wonder if they would add it in. Anywhere to suggest this?
