In middle school I was really ugly & not feminine looking even though I would wear dresses just because of my face shape being so sharp with a not-so-cute bone structure and bushman eyebrows.
In high school I was hotter - thinner, too, more curves - but in first year my face still looked ugly. Third and fourth year is when I was really hot. Feminine face, dressed nice, nice curves.

Then I graduated and got ugly again & I have good style but because of my hyperthyroidism I've gained weight so I can't dress nice to reflect my style.

Writing this out has made me realize how much American beauty standards center on
1. Being THIN
2. Looking masculine/feminine based on your "sex" (at birth)
i was that cute & shy kid in middle school & i didn't look that bad, my clothes weren't great but whatever
now i just look like a sad full on druggie with a raspy voice
at least i'm myself thohahaha
i used to be kinda chubby
or atleast in my mind i was, my acne used to be a bit bad
i also wore flower crowns and i had short hair and dyed it a lot so i looked like one of those "rawr xD im genderfluid" girls
now im a skinny tall brunette with 1920s hair and a baby face
life is good
In school I looked like a boy and I didn't care about how I dressed or how presentable I was. That totally changed just before I hit my 20s, so I guess I was 18, I started dabbling in make-up and more feminine clothes. It's been a vast improvement lol. I'm glad I finally found the courage to change.
In middle school I was on this medication that made gain weight like crazy. I puffed up like a balloon. I also had crazy crooked teeth and my hair. MY HAIR. But then I got off the medicine and lost a ton of weight, got braces, a better haircut, and better fashion sense so I think I look significantly better now, if I do say so myself.
I honestly don't think that I look much different from in middle school. I was an early bloomer and stopped growing in like grade 7. My style is slightlyyyy better than in middle school since Walmart T-shirts are no longer the only thing that I wear.
My hair is still bad since I cut it from almost to my hips into a pixie cut. Then just didn't bother going back to the hair dresser to fix it after like 3 months. xD
i had the ugliest hairstyle and eyebrows that were kinda growing into each other ... i cry every time i look at old pictures of myself hhh. except for like 1 picture from when i was 11 it was pretty cute but other than that they r all Bad and should be burned
