Selling fish and bugs. 140,000 bells currently. Also reached 50% in my fish encyclopedia. I always donate every new species I get to the museum.

Fish. Red Snappers are quite common this time around, and sell for 3000 bells each. That has helped me out a lot.

*remembers the first day of AC:GCN where I didn't have a fishing rod on my first day and paid off the loan with sea shells and (autumn) bugs. Lol. Those were the days of working hard for your bells. xD*
