Mafia #belltreemafia IRC bot

Hi folks.

So I've decided to experiment with putting the good ol' IRC Mafia bot back up sometimes due to some recent requests and just generally the increased interest in Mafia around here lately. But given how dead the IRC usually is these days, I don't see any point in leaving the bot up all the time. Instead I'm going to have it up over this weekend* and see if it actually gets any use. So if you are interested in playing, try popping into the channel sometime in the afternoon or evening on Saturday and Sunday to see if anyone is up for it! If this is successful and we have activity then I may leave it up more often.
