What's the best free drawing tool out there? (Preferably one in browser, but if not idc.) Like, ones that people make signatures with.

Art: GIMP. Do traditional then do line art.

Signatures: Pixlr. Makes good signatures, gimp makes the villagers look demonic

well it depends how you define "free"... if you're also fine with free cracked versions... Photoshop (all purpose) or SAI for drawing / vector.
