Best Fruit To Start With?

Whats the best fruit to start with when you start the game or is there no difference because i know theres several different ones and on a youtube video i have heard somebody say Cherries are the best?

Whats the rarest and why?

there is no difference but i always start out with pears theres no rarity to the fruits either you just get ones randomly when you get your town and if you get a fruit thats not native to your town it will be worth morre than the normal ones in your town

I don't think it matters, all the ones cost the same unless it's a fruit not native to your town, or a coconut. There is no rarest, it's all your native fruit, or non-native.

its better if you take the foriegn fruit and plant the cuz even if you grow it in your town it will still be worth more at nooks, this is a great money making strategy a native fruit is wroth 100 bells while a exotic one is worth 500 bells

Haha nah theres not difference im pretty sure the guy who said the thing about cherries just like cherries i guess xD and yeah you can also take your native fruit and sell them at someone elses nooks and get 500bells for them instead of the 100 youd get at your town. Thats what I've been doing and I payed off my first 2 debts easy and I'm working on my third now.
