As for the Bul/Pokefab bet, everyone will get 1 bell that bet on Bul, as well as their original bells back. Bul used "admin-generated" bells for the contest, which, in a previous agreement by the satff, none of us would do. Admins can have infinite bells, but can't use them for something liek this. So, without Bul's bells, everyone would get their own bells back, and then bets on Pokefab are distributed (5 total), it's rounded to 1 bell per person.
