Birthstone Sold Out?

I looked at the shop today and saw that the September birthstone was sold out. Aren't they supposed to have unlimited stock for the month of September? I was hoping to get one on the day of my actual birthday (27th).

The staff are aware of the problem. If you hover over the September Birthstone, it says "Currently Unavailable. We do not know when this item will be available again at this time."

I'm hoping to get one on the 25th too, but I'm worried they won't fix it until next month, meaning none of us will get sapphires this year
Which means we'll inevitably have to wait a year (and for those trying to collect them all, have to recollect) just to get them.

They were available at the start of the month, me (and a few others I believe) bought one before they were take from the shop. It'd be nice to have them back for everyone, but if it's a glitch it can't really be helped until a solution is found.

My uncles both have birthdays in this month and I wanted to buy it because of that reason
