Blathers & Celeste?

I've been thinking about poor Blathers, and of course, Celeste. So, when Blathers assesses fossils in New Leaf and you already have them in the museum, he says, "if only I had the funds to buy them for my collection" ... well, what if in New Horizons he can do that, and his "blathering" on about donations comes back as well? (I feel bad that he thinks he talks too much so he's only like "this reminds me when I was a chick in my mother's nest" ... like, what happened to this guy in his mother's nest, anyway? Yikes) I feel like we'll have to build the museum ourselves this time, what do you think?

Haha! I hope there's an option because I could listen to Blathers blather ALL DAY! He's so cute!
I hope he gets to open up more in NH and Celeste goes back to her observatory so I can stargaze with her again! I also want to tell her how cute she is! ₍ᐢ⸝⸝? ̫ ?⸝⸝ᐢ₎♡♡♡
I actually thought about this earlier, and I do think we will need to build the museum but will it have the observatory in the same building or will it be separate? Will they even be on the same island if we get the observatory at all?
I hope they give us a really cheeky sneak peak! ☆〜（ゝ。∂）

I really hope his blathering comes back! Blathers and Celeste are my favourite NPCs and I was really sad about how much their roles and personalities were reduced in ACNL, hopefully they’ll both be back to their old selves in NH even if it means we have to build the museum ourselves!

Yes! Hope Blathers will start blathering about whatever bugs, fish and completed fossils you donate again, or at least have an option for that, I just found it amusing - if anything hearing the same few lines every time you donate a fish or bug gets kinda boring. As for Celeste, hoping she'll get her observatory back - maybe bring back constellations?
