Thank goodness! Blathers was one of my favorite characters on the GameCube, but in New Leaf they took away all of his personality. This makes me so unbelievably happy. Blathers gets to blather once again!

A thing to note is that he only blathered for fossils and rare catches, he was extremely to the point with common catches, nice to see we have a choice to skip it or not (I kinda hope what he blathers goes to the descriptions of what you donated like in NH....but pax east footage tells me that’s a negative...)
I remember he said some funny things with regular catches, and I posted a large rant he did on the cockroach.
For a freshwater goby he used to say he had a friend who swears they taste good on a pizza.

Yay!! I agree with everything that's been said, I missed his stories a lot! They're half the fun of donating things to the museum anyway. I love how much love the museum is getting in this game in general, it looks like they put a lot of work into it.
He even called them a loon as well, quite funny,I’m actually looking forward to it

I?ll be honest, I kinda got bored since he DIDN?T have anything to say, it kinda made it repetitive to say the least, only changing when you completed a section or finished the museum >.>
Just as a heads up, this is double confirmed now with Gamestop's gameplay video.
edit: Basically why this text didn't appear to everyone when talking to Blathers is dependant on who the player character is. Some of them have visited the museum and talked to him before PAX started, while the newer villagers have never entered the museum, apparently.
