he's the one in the wheelchair. i don't have other visual refs for him unfortunately as i'm a writer and he was drawn from description, but as far as the missing things in the picture go; he just wears normal full-length jeans, white socks and yellow/white sneakers (like the converse kind). the sort-of hard to see design on his tee shirt is a white star in a gold box!
his wheelchair is an active one (meaning self-propelled with no armrests or handles in the back for pushing), and looks exactly like this one here (but i'm not picky with technical details so if you need to simplify the chair then by all means feel free!) > https://www.karmanhealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/at60activewheelchair.jpg
