I was trying to get someone out for Flurry just in case, and was trying to get Tia to move and so I kept TT, and talked to my villagers everyday so they wouldn't leave and one time I went on just now and Isabelle said Diana was leaving. The sad part is, I spent an hour at midnight last night making a payment of TENTY FIVE MILLION BELLS FOR HER. JUST LAST NIGHT TOO.
